About Me

My name is Alka Sharma, I am a Life and Wealth Advisor with RBC Insurance. I have a small family – me, my dear husband and my 11-year-old son. I love travelling, meeting new people and listening to their stories. I am passionate about helping others and I truly believe you can only add value by listening and understanding another person and their situation.

My Experience

I have been in financial services for 6 years and I have been with the RBC family for four years. Before joining insurance, I had been in education industry. A few years ago, my dad had a stroke and got fatally injured without any sort of coverage. My family had to face a lot of financial hardships, all of our savings were consumed, and personally encountering a situation of this sort made me more determined to join Insurance Industry. Now I combine my experience in education & financial services industry to ensure my clients and their families are well informed, protected, and able to reach their goals even in the event of something unforeseen.
