About Me

With more than 15 years in international financial services advisory, I am currently a life, health and wealth insurance advisor at RBC Insurance, formulating comprehensive strategy with clients to maximize success in different stages and scenarios of their life, by capitalizing capital growth opportunities while defending risks. LLQP, OTI and CSC qualified in Canada, I hold an LLB degree from University of London, a Bachelor degree in Statistics and Actuarial Science and a Masters degree in international relations from The University of Hong Kong. I speak and write fluent English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

My Experience

Before joining RBCI in 2022, I was an insurance advisor at Desjardins, dually licensed to offer Property & Casualty and Life & Health insurance solutions to both commercial and individual clients. My retail financial services experience in Canada is a sequel to my career in Hong Kong, where I have over 10 years of business development experience on offering stakeholder relations, issue and crisis communication counsel to listed companies, international banks, insurance and fund management companies. I have been a regular coach for board directors on strategic branding and crisis communications at the Hong Kong Institute of Directors since 2017 and was an external relations manager at the Hong Kong financial regulator Securities and Futures Commission from 2009-2012, responsible for the communications of policy consultations, stakeholder relations and investor education to help the markets regain confidence after the 2008 financial crisis.
