About Me

I have a wide range of experience in customer service as a sales advisor and in sales management. I've been recognized for gold standard service excellence in numerous roles, and received 10 consecutive years of a national award for excellent customer service with previous employment. I bring that same level of commitment to serve your needs at RBC Insurance. In my spare time, I play sports and volunteer in the London/St. Thomas community.

I also work with new clients, identifying their needs and offering solutions to fit their own personal requirements.
