About Me

My name is Elmira Javidpour and I moved to Canada in 2023 with my husband and our Dog . I completed my MBA in TWU which strengthened both my professional and personal growth. Before joining RBC insurance I worked as an account manager in FMCG industry where I learned the importance of understanding people's needs and building strong client relationships. I have always been passionate about helping people find the best solutions to protect what matters most to them. Joining RBC was a dream for me , RBC is the most valuable and well-known brand in Canada . and I’m proud to be part of an organization that truly put clients first. Outside of work , I love spending time in nature and going for walks with my dog. It helps me recharge and bring my best self to both my clients and community.

My Experience

During my time with RBC Insurance I have supported many families and individuals in understanding how to protect themselves and their loved ones. Many clients come to me unsure of where to begin and my focus has always been to simplify insurance , translate the language clearly and provide advice that truly puts their best interest fist. My goal is to continue offering honest , tailored guidance so every client feels confident , informed and protected.
