About Me

I have been working in the retailing industy for over 6 years. I'm now the life and health insurance advisor in RBC. The reason why I chose it as my life-long job is because I found insurance is very important in life, but most of the people may overlook it, especially with people in their younger age. I appreiate the presence of insurance, it helps countless of people to get through their dark days, like me and my family. Something more about myself is I find inspiration in travel and rejuvenate through hiking in my spare time.

My Experience

From my previous job experience, I gained valuable experience in customer service, sales techniques, and understanding market trends. I love spending time to talk with my client and get to know them as much as I can. I always be professional, patient, and have "people-first" attitude to every single client. I give clear advice before my clients buy; advice that fits their needs- and avoids surprises in the event they need to make a claim. Also, making sure my clients to protect their loved ones with the right products.
