About Me

My name is Leilei "Lilian" Shi.  I’m a Senior Insurance and Wealth & Retirement Advisor and have been in the insurance industry since 2007. My first priority with clients is a perfect fit of selected RBC Insurance products to match with their needs, but understanding them as individuals is very important too. My personal passions are the welfare of animals and the nurturing of plant life in my home garden; both vegetables and flowers. I can’t seem to pass a nursery, but most often it’s learning about my client’s plantings that make me try new varieties. My clients’ vacation experiences have also taken my interest in traveling in new directions, often right here in Canada.

As a Senior Insurance and Wealth & Retirement Advisor with 13 years’ experience, I know RBC insurance and investment products in broad detail and have a solid understanding of individual and family needs and how our products fit. I also know my clients want their questions answered at any time of the day and they know I always answer my phone for them. I began my career as a mechanical technician designing commercial conveyor systems. That first job demanded the same precision I’ve always delivered to individual clients in every business sector I’ve worked in. My clients also trust the RBC Insurance brand value and I introduce it in fluent English and Mandarin.
