About Me

My name is Ringo Lung and I am a licensed insurance advisor in life, health & wealth solutions. Born and raised in Hong Kong, I have a multicultural background that makes me capable of communicating fluently in English, Cantonese and Mandarin. My passion in insurance started 20 years ago when I first started working as a claim assessor. Insurance could easily be misunderstood. I was once like many others who misunderstood the meaning and the true purpose of insurance until I came across with one case that completely shifted my perspective. A case where I was responsible for handing over a death claims cheque to a housewife who just lost her husband. This utterly devastated housewife, with her two young children who at the time still did not know the death of their father, was emotionally relieved when she was looking at the cheque, a protection her husband had prepared for her and her family. That moment really hit me hard. With this protection the widow could take care of her children with much less financial worries. It was from that moment and on, I was deeply committed to engaging in a career that allows me to educate families and the ones they love the importance of having protection through insurance.

As a seasoned all-rounded professional in the insurance industry, I have earned designations such as FLMI, ALHC & ACS that strongly solidify my understanding of the importance of insurance and financial planning. My steadfast determination is helping individuals secure their protection and future planning per their need.
