About Me

My name is Robert Scheiding a life & living benefits advisor with RBC Insurance. Born in Tillsonburg Ontario, but have lived my whole life in Ancaster. I am a proud father of three grown well-adjusted young adults and a grand father of two. I am very community oriented having played and coached football and baseball in the region for over 27years, while doing that I also sat on a number of sport executive boards strongly feeling the sense to give back to the community I grew up in.

My Experience

The Scheiding family has over 107 years’ experience in Banking and the financial services industry, thus I was exposed to Banking/Financial world early on in life. I was president of Scheiding Family Financial Services for close to 20 years. I retired from the business after a cancer scare that drove home the value of insurance on a personal level, being retired I missed the day to day interactions that I had with my clients and then looked around to find a business match that shared my beliefs and passion for the client and RBCI was the perfect match. I am blessed with feeling I have never worked a day in my life because I love what I do.
