About Me

My name is Shana MacPhee. I was born and raised in Qiuspamsis, where I live today. I grew up playing competitive sports my entire life, focusing on softball and hockey. I competed against some of Canada's top female hockey players in the world such as Hayley Wickenheiser. My passion for sports has not subsided with age, and now my focus is sharing that passion, and giving back to one of the sports I love so much. I am currently part of the Southern Black Bears Youth Softball organizations coaching staff, where our mission is providing young girls with the opportunity to compete at a higher level, and committed to developing young girls in their confidence and skills in a positive and safe environment. In my spare time, I enjoy being outdoors spending time with my family hunting, snowmobiling and riding motorcycles.

My Experience

I have been in the customer service industry for the past 15 years, with the past 10 years specializing in the insurance industry. I have worked as a Property & Casualty advisor with RBC Insurance for past 10 years, providing hundreds of clients and families with guided expertise advice, so they can be confident their most valuable assets are properly protected in the event of a loss.
