My name is Simran Kaur, and I come from a small village near Amritsar, Punjab, where I was raised in a joint family with strong values. Moving to Canada with the dream of building a better life, I understand the importance of planning ahead and protecting what truly matters. My journey has taken me from working in healthcare as a Personal Support Worker and Pharmacy Assistant during COVID, to helping run a family business, and now to my role at RBC Insurance. With this diverse background, I bring honesty, care, and a deep understanding of people’s needs to every conversation. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, driving, music, cooking, and baking. Before joining RBC, I managed a family business where I was responsible for accounts, which sparked my passion for finance and planning. Earlier in my career, I worked in healthcare on the frontlines during COVID, gaining first hand experience in understanding the importance of protecting loved ones and preparing for life’s uncertainties.
