About Me

My name is Vanessa Swan and I am a Property & Casualty Insurance Advisor here at RBC Insurance in Ottawa. I grew up in the Ottawa area and I even bought my childhood home from my parents, so I could raise my son here. I want him to enjoy the benefits of both city life and country living. Camping has never been so easy when we can either use our own backyard or drive down the road to a Provincial park. I have learnt the various needs of clients living in both the city and more rural. Customer Service was in everything I did in my part time jobs, and after I graduated with my BA Honours from Carleton University, I fell into insurance; which at its core, is a demonstration of customer service.

My Experience

I am happy to share I have been in the insurance industry since 2004 and serving my clients has been my passion ever since. My prior experience in customer service has allowed me to provide excellent service to all of my clients in ensuring that what matters most to them is protected. My apporach is holistic ensure that you are well-equipped to face all of life's challenges.
